DESIGN CONSULTATION

We’ll meet with you onsite, or at our Studio located in Greenacre, and create a custom solution for your space including an accurate measure and quote, and initial concept sketches. No cost or obligation – it’s all part of the service.

STEP – 3

QUOTE ACCEPTANCE

If your happy with our proposal including initial design concept and pricing, simply accept the quote to proceed to the next stage – the contract phase.

STEP – 4

CONTRACT PHASE

Creation of detailed contract, including terms & conditions, together with start and end date for your project so you know exactly what your getting and when.

Time to pay your deposit to secure your order with us.

STEP – 5

DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGER

A dedicated project manager is assigned to your project. One point of call for all your needs, will supervise every phase of the renovation – to ensure it’s completed to your satisfaction, on time and within budget.

Your project manager will also keep you informed every step of the way – so you’re in the know about what’s being completed and what’s up next.

STEP – 6

PLANNING PHASE PART 1

A visit to the Hometrix Studio, where our expert team will guide and help you finalise your selection of finishes. Detailed drawings and specifications are completed, and all relevant insurances procured in preparation for the commencement of your project.

From the initial visit to the final design, your talented Hometrix designer in consultation with your project manager, work closely with you to create a custom design solution for your home that perfectly complements your lifestyle and your space.

STEP – 7

PLANNING PHASE PART 2

Your project is implemented, a project plan created, supplies ordered and trades are scheduled.

Renovation timeline created (including trade bookings, key milestones, health check points) and Certifications are issued to you.

MANUFACTURE

Hometrix commence the quality manufacture of your custom project.

YOUR RENOVATION BEGINS

From demolition to completion your Hometrix dedicated project manager, oversees every stage of the project, communicating with you every step of the way, and making sure the project is living up to the exceptional quality our customers expect of us.

Every one of our tradespeople are experienced and accomplished in their field, ensuring each stage of your project is completed to the highest standard.

STEP – 10

PROJECT COMPLETION

Our comprehensive process, is a key ingredient to a successful outcome for each of our client’s portfolio. When your project is completed, we’ll conduct a thorough inspection of the project, and a walk-though with you before final handover.
